Designed for both aspiring and current instructors, it focuses on personal growth, leadership, and the mindset needed to thrive in the dance community. Whether you're looking to start your teaching journey or elevate your existing skills, this session provides essential tools, insights, and inspiration to help you grow beyond the basics.
Participants will explore what it truly means to be a dance educator—from understanding student needs to embracing the responsibilities of leadership. Through guided reflection and expert coaching, you'll gain clarity on your identity as a teacher, refine your technique, and learn how to build a sustainable career in dance.

This activity takes place at the event venue on Sunday 7 December, 12pm-2pm.
Attendees of this Masterclass must be festival attendees with a full event pass or weekend festival pass.
